After placing your order, we'll send you a Young Picasso art bag to collect the artwork, cards, notes, and photos.
Fill out an Online Customisation Form to add your personalised touches: title, dedications, captions, and the photo order.
Return your full Young Picasso art bag within 30 days of making your order, and we’ll dive right in!
Within a week of receiving your art bag and Online Customisation Form, we’ll share a preview before printing your keepsake.
Within 2 weeks of the preview you’ll receive your one-of-a-kind keepsake book - memories, beautifully preserved.

We’ve designed this process to feel effortless and beautifully simple; just a little preparation ensures your artwork is captured at its very best. Please review the guidelines below before sending your pieces.
What to include
We photograph flat artwork, including drawings, paintings and creative writing. Do not send fragile or breakable items. You’re also welcome to include photographs of your artist at work or their creations (ie. lego, playmobil, pottery). Include printed photos or share a high-resolution digital image with us.
One artwork per page
Each piece is photographed individually to give it the space it deserves. If you’d like several pieces featured together, simply secure them together neatly and we’ll take care of the creative arrangement for you. We recommend a maximum of only four pieces per collage so each artwork has room to shine.
Preferred order
If you’d like your artwork arranged in a particular sequence, simply number each piece clearly on the back and we’ll follow your order.
Share only flat artwork
To ensure the best photographic results, please avoid rolling artwork as curled edges can affect the final image.
Complete your customisation form
Before sending your artwork, please complete the Online Customisation Form (we'll share it with you). This ensures we capture all the details needed to create your book exactly as you imagine.
Once your artwork arrives, we’ll take care of the rest, turning each piece into a beautiful keepsake you and your family will treasure forever.
Order & Payment
Once you place your order and complete payment, your Young Picasso Art Bag will be delivered to you in 2–3 business days.
Submit Artwork & Customisation Form
When your bag arrives, take your time! You have 30 days to fill it with artwork and complete the Online Customisation Form (we'll share it). Send it back and we'll bring your keepsake book to life!
Preview
We’ll share a sneak peek of your book so you can enjoy a first look at your child’s creations. Minor adjustments, like spelling or dates, can be polished before we complete it.
Book Production & Delivery
Your finished keepsake book usually arrives within 2 weeks of going to print.
Please Note:
- Timing may vary during busy periods, like holidays.
- If you need your book by a specific date we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
- A rush fee may apply.
We can return your original artworks if you’d like. Let us know so we can arrange delivery along with your finished book.
As returning the artwork involves courier delivery, a small additional fee will apply.
If you’d rather not keep the originals, we can recycle them for you, making it easy to declutter while still preserving the memories in your book.
PRESERVING WHAT MATTERS.
I’m Mi-Anne! A mum of two daughters, surrounded by lots of art and even more memories. Over the years, I’ve kept every doodle and masterpiece my girls have made, but like many parents, I wasn’t sure how to preserve them all. Photos captured them, but they lived in a phone or Cloud: lost, overlooked, and rarely revisited.
I’m deeply sentimental about the childhood moments that my daughters’ art represents. That’s why I started turning them into beautiful keepsakes — so their creations can be preserved, enjoyed, and remembered, without clutter.
What started as a way to preserve my own children’s artwork quickly became something I realised other families would appreciate too, so I decided to share it.
